HTC Officially Announces Exodus, the World's First Blockchain-Powered Smartphone

Will this phone give HTC a way to boost its ailing smartphone fortunes? And now he is back to wow the world with HTC's advanced device and to manage all the company's cryptocurrency and blockchain-related initiatives.
I want to see a world where the end consumers can truly own their data (browsing history, identity, assets, wallets, emails, messaging, etc) without the need for central authorities. As reported earlier, Finney is the first blockchain centric smartphone with an emphasis on supporting Decentralized apps. Regarding the former, the Exodus will support Bitcoin and Ethereum (for now), with support for other digital currencies to follow at a later date.
Taipei, Taiwanese tech giant HTC is reportedly working on a newAndroid phone named "Exodus" that will be powered by blockchain technology. The company foresees the phone as a "hub" or node for Bitcoin and Ethereum, with plans to support "the entire blockchain ecosystem".
According to Chen, the functionality of a blockchain friendly phone would extend beyond cryptocurrencies, though it would support those, but it would also support decentralised applications (Dapps).

Currently, details regarding the price of the phone are scant.
