Since Rahimi’s arrest two other lone-wolf attackers have carried out bombings in New York

An Isis terrorist who planted two bombs in NY and New Jersey was sentenced to life Tuesday.

Andrew Cuomo and New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio visited the crime scene in Manhattan shortly after the explosion.

Inspired by the Daesh and Al-Qaeda terrorist groups, Rahimi planted and detonated several bombs in the U.S. states of New York and New Jersey, including a pressure cooker device that exploded in the New York City neighborhood of Chelsea, wounding 30 people. On Sept. 17, 2016, Rahimi traveled to Manhattan from his home in Elizabeth, New Jersey, pulling suitcases on rollers with each hand.

"Rahimi attempted to wreak havoc in the Chelsea neighborhood of New York City".

Berman approved restitution to victims at the sum of $562,803 as proposed by the government.

Before lowering the boom Tuesday, Manhattan federal Judge Richard Berman said "it now appears, if you put two and two together", that Rahimi was spreading his hate during Friday afternoon prayer sessions that Berman let him attend during the trial.

Mauricio Pellegrino has conceded that Liverpool were "too much" to handle as Southampton lost 2-0 at St Mary's Stadium on Sunday. I don't think nine points from Arsenal is enough to have rest but it is nine points.

He placed another bomb several blocks away.

Police Commissioner James O'Neill thanked the police officers who responded to the incident, as well as the officers of the Linden New Jersey Police Department. "Rahimi had other bombs and likely other plans". "His clear intention was to take as many lives as possible".

A second bomb planted nearby did not detonate. "It is not. Today's sentencing - of life in prison - should be the strongest deterrent to future acts of terror". The individual subsequently called 911, and the bomb did not go off.

Rahimi, a naturalized USA citizen who was born in Afghanistan, was arrested after a gunfight with New Jersey police, who found he was carrying a journal with praise for Islamic terrorists and promises of violence.

Rahimi's first explosive went off on the morning of September 17, 2016, in Seaside Park, New Jersey, along a route for a Semper Five Marine Corps Charity 5K., No one was injured because the race had been miraculously delayed from its 9 a.m. start time. An unrelated delay to start the race was the only reason there were no fatalities or injuries, officials said at the time.
