Wind Chill Warning for several counties through 1 pm Tuesday

Wind chills are expected to range from 15 to 24 degrees below zero, according to the National Weather Service.

Dangerously cold wind chills are expected, which will cause frostbite in as little as 10 minutes to exposed skin. Make sure you have the pipes, pets, and plants protected.
