"She just can't stop", he continued, "which is so good for the Republican party".

Though it's been 374 days since the 2016 presidential election, Donald Trump began his morning by attacking Hillary Clinton.

The Republican president was likely responding to a Mother Jones interview published Friday in which Clinton questioned last year's election results, amid evidence that Russian Federation tried to influence the race outcome.

"They are delivering partisan advocacy positions irrespective of the truth, the facts, the evidence", Clinton said.

Clinton also said that voter suppression had a "dramatic effect on the election", as did "weaponized misinformation".

United States senator Al Franken apologises after accusation of groping
In her essay, Tweeden said she meant to participate in the comedy tour, hosted by the United Service Organizations, as an emcee. When it came time to rehearse the skit, she wrote , Franken insisted on kissing despite her protestations.

She did take pot shots at Trump throughout the night, even comparing Bill Clinton to the president.

She positions herself as extremely anxious about the integrity of future elections, given what she believes happened to her, but would Clinton be so concerned with voter suppression and "weaponized misinformation" if she had won last November?

"I think that there are lots of questions about its legitimacy", Clinton said. Al Franken's (D-Minn.) response to sexual harassment accusations "is the kind of accountability I'm talking about", that the Republican tax reform plan is "bad" and "cruel" policy, and that the Uranium One deal conversation is a "political stunt [created] by the Trump Administration and its allies".

Clinton even argued that Trump refusing to say he would accept the results of the election was a threat to American democracy.

Trump's tweet came the day after Mother Jones published an interview with Clinton in which she said that "there are lots of questions" about the legitimacy of last year's election.
