The New York Giants announced on Tuesday that cornerback Janoris Jenkins had been reinstated after serving a one-week suspension after violating team rules last week.

Jenkins was suspended indefinitely after he failed to show up to the Giants facility on October 30 for the team's first post-bye week practice and did not inform the coaching staff.

McAdoo can't totally be faulted for his team's struggles, as the Giants have endured an inordinate amount of injuries to key players this season. Jenkins failed to notify the Giants of his whereabouts and thus was suspended by Ben McAdoo.

Jenkins was the second cornerback suspended by McAdoo in a three-week period, following Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie's one-week banishment after four violations of team rules, most notably walking out of the team facility on a workday.

He has 24 tackles, six passes defended, an interception and forced fumble this season.
