Canadian stocks may fall Wednesday after tensions between the US and North Korea escalated. The S&P 500, a broader gauge of USA companies, fell 0.24 percent to 2,474.92. The Nasdaq composite lost 18 points, or 0.3 percent, to 6,352. Net income fell to US$3 million from US$36 million in the year-ago quarter.
Travel website operator Priceline fell 6.54 percent, while travel-review website operator TripAdvisor was down 7.51 percent after both the companies issued disappointing forecasts.
